Can anyone submit abilities and become a Scout?

Yes! Once you’ve logged-in to Daylight with your wallet, you can submit abilities and become a Scout.

Where can I check the status of my ability submissions?

Visit your submissions page to see which abilities are still pending, need changes, or have been rejected. Once an ability is approved, you’ll see it on your profile page.

What networks does Daylight support?

For token requirements, we currently only support Ethereum Mainnet, but we’re working on adding L2s in the future. But, for mint or airdrop abilities, the mint or airdrop can be on any network!

Will my submission be rejected if it doesn’t have a description, image, etc?

It’s okay if your submission is missing optional fields, since they don’t make sense for some abilities. But, we want all Daylight abilities to be as complete as possible, so if moderators find that the same ability has been submitted by multiple people, only the highest quality submission will be accepted.

Can I submit an ability that isn’t available anymore?

If it’s a great ability from a popular community, then please do! Even though they won’t appear in your feed, closed abilities still show up on Community pages, and help you see what kinds of abilities a community has had in the past. Just be sure to set the Close Date, or to mark it as closed.

I’m having trouble uploading an allowlist.

Make sure that your txt or csv file has one address per line, doesn’t contain duplicates, and doesn’t contain ENS names. If you’re still having trouble, reach out on our Discord.

I noticed that an ability in my feed is incorrect. Can I submit a corrected version as an ability?

If an ability is incorrect, please report it by clicking the three dots at the bottom-right corner of the ability. If a corrected ability is submitted, it’ll be rejected as a duplicate ability.
